This site is thought to provide a little tool for modelling family-trees. The great advantage of putting the own family-tree into the internet is that every family-member can participate on building the family-tree. Hence the work is shared and the knowledge of all family-members gets brought together.
The data is protected through a family-code, thus only authorized persons can access the data. For the reason that the data is not only 'somewhere' in the internet, you are able to download all data as a XML-file as local copy.
The usage of this site is for free and therefore feel free to build your own family-tree here. To get an impression how a family-tree could look like, you may take a look at the example-tree of the family 'The Simpsons'. Use the family-code 'simpsons' to get access to this tree.
